Starting therapy can feel scary and daunting. It can have all sorts of stigma attached that only weak and vulnerable people need therapy. However, that can not be further from the truth. All sorts of people seek therapy for a number of reasons, from losing a loved one, or having issues with current relationships, to needing support for addiction, or wanting to explore their identity.
